CETCO Project Coordinator
CETCO (Colloid Environmental Technologies Company) is seeking a technical sales / business development support professional to execute our HydroShield Quality Assurance Program as well as provide training and other support functions throughout North America for the Building Materials Group. This is a starting position with CETCO which will set the stage for future opportunities within the organization.
CETCO, a wholly owned subsidiary of AMCOL International, is comprised of several operating units including Drilling Products, Remediation Technologies, Wastewater Treatment, Offshore Services as well as the Building Materials Group. The Building Materials Group manufactures, specifies and sells commercial waterproofing products throughout North America via a network of Technical Sales Managers, Distributors, Dealers and Approved Applicators.
Project Coordinator Position:
The selected individual will be based in Hoffman Estates, IL, with multi-state geographic responsibility. Position responsibilities include customer technical support, servicing incoming calls as well as project support through the review of project inspection reports and execution of HydroShield Quality Assurance Program.
Specific duties of the position include:
- Primary point of contact for general/technical incoming calls
- Implementation of the HydroShield Quality Assurance Program through all channels of operation
- Project support through AutoCAD drawings, project specific documentation and technical assistance
- Maintain project files, related correspondence as well as associated legal Agreements
- Provide technical training for Applicators and Inspectors
- Assist Project Managers in their daily operations in field
- Review production installation as quality control/quality assurance for ongoing projects
- Fully reimbursed travel into assigned region for project site support as well as for developmental training
- Design project specific details through the use of AutoCAD upon completion of company sponsored certification
Candidate Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a 4 year college degree as well as have excellent personal and phone communication skills. The ideal candidate has an education in construction management, or a relevant technical degree. Candidates must be computer savvy and proficient with all Microsoft Office programs. Additional consideration will be provided for candidates with AutoCAD experience.
